I loved it. I love being tanned. But sunbathing is hard for me. I'm fidgety so I don't hold out much. But with the nothing I took in the sun and the Nude capsules I got a perfect tan. A perfect shade. I love them they arrived in less than 4 days I recommend it. Excellent product and 100% reliable supplier. The other thing is that I found out what contraindications the self-tanning pills had. They appeared to me that the presence of canthaxanthin, and these Nude in its composition does not appear this component.
